How to Create a Great Environment for Collaboration in a Group Discussion

I've been in a bunch of groups, and they everly ones that i've liked a lot. When we had groupig ins, people were just very engaged. You usually only got half way through your slides unless you very attentive to that. I thought it really led toi deeper discussions. Students can learn much more from each other. Tan anmodunly learn from their adviser. So its like more pure interactions, have more authentic interactions. My default oned to put systems in place.
