Kate Cocker: How can you achieve stillness? I was at yoga on Saturday and it was a different yoga instructor. She started us by lying us on the floor, which never happens in yoga. Just called into quiet and the mind pool became still and calm. So today, if your brain pool is choppy, I'm going to remind you of one thing, create some stillness.
