The Importance of Confidence in Teaching Consultants
There's a particular emphasis on trying to make sure there's really good representation of students of color first generation college students among these teaching consultants. The students will say that, you know, joining Allison's seminar is one of their most powerful couple of us experience one of the most powerful opportunities they've had as as an as an undergraduate. That that inspired us programs like solve but obviously we don't have time to do that this morning.
