The Heterosexual Discourse in Higher Education
Leadership is often presented as an unquestioned good and all we need to do is count more women into it. There's very little work on the LGBT leadership, trans leadership, et cetera. The mainstream debate constructs women in a particular way. We've lived with neoliberalism for several decades now. Women have been socialised to be very individualistic but that could be an archaic stereotype.
