Do You Know How to Scale a Code Base?

In a big code base with a big team, it's still going to be quite a while before you roteate round. So what we'd sometimes do is on a friday we'd do a show and tell session. It was sort of partly a code review and then partly an ation session,. But it would just be really informal, and just whoever had interesting code would would talk it through the rest of the team.
