But as the loser, your sense of yourself as an ego is enhanced by losing. When we smile, at that moment, we're smart, because we're happy. We're one with the moment, an d there's no ego present. So if you've just played the wrong golf shot and are depressed about it, to go down on yourself will only make you more likely to under-perform next time. To wash the mindof the ego, you have to erase the body’s memory
