A 60 year old female with a history of alcohol use disorder was transferred to a tertiary care facility for evaluation of a brain lesion. The patient reports that sheis generally very healthy and has not been to see the doctor in a long time. About two months prior to admission, she noticed what she called a pimple form on the meety part of her left hand. She then developed similar lesions on her right thigh and the bottom of her left foot which progressively got larger and then popped open.
