As a leader, that to be a leader, you ned have it altogether and never show any weakness. Now your team's like, well, clearly, like, i can't do that. I'm a mess inside. How would i ever be as perfect as that? Rat and so that. So authentic leadership is like literally letting people know, like, when you're not ok, and that it's ok to not be ok, you know.
