I work in IT and work with all sorts of complex systems so just simply sitting down with other people and putting on paper the process that needs to be supported is important. For me there doing it visually was the most natural way and also effective if I look at it because now I have the course funding so in the end I was able to drive that to a conclusion that is actually working.

Zsolt Viczian is a YouTuber, blogger, and plug-in developer for Obsidian. He creates content on business analysis, algorithms of thought, note-taking, journaling, and visual thinking inside of Obsidian. He’s the creator of two plug-ins, Excalidraw, a visual-spatial drawing tool inside of Obsidian, and Excalibrain, a plug-in for visualizing relationships in your markdown documents.
