As a kid, am definitely showed me behaviors that i didn't want to see potentiall in my life. And i think i built an ethical base of how i wanted to behave in an organization. We spend a huge amount of time going to work. One, we should enjoy it. Two, we should be respected for what we do within it. Three, we should create a place where people can do their best work.
