The Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem
When one visits the church of the nativity, you are actually visiting the confines of one of the oldest standing churches in in the land. And so not to say there's not archaeology. It's just later, later materials. You can even visit jerome's, jerome's grotto, where tradition tells us he he translated the old and new testament from original hebrew and greek into latin. We have the vulgate, which until to day remains the most well known translation in history.
