Harsan is a port and city in the south of Ukraine on the Niipra River. Before Vladimir Putin's invasion, it was the only major regional administrative capital which the Russians occupied. On November 11th, Ukrainian troops pulled off a decisive win against Russia. A rare moment of good news in a war which has caused so much pain.
