The biggest thing I think was learning how to talk to customers becoming better at it and making it a habit. We got really good at Twitter too we copied a how Jim Shark does their Twitter marketing they create tweets that are from the user's perspective and then the users want to share. an awesome tweet about this we're like there's five Andy Hacker myths that you didn't listen to when you were building.
