The Utilitarian Perspective on the Future
The future is a construct created by human choices. In Christian thinking, there's much more this sense of a drama. And we're released from responsibility about the long distance future. That is ultimately in God's hands. We don't need to presume that everything that we do now is in some kind of like all conceing way, building a future.
