Is It Possible to Overlook Election Administrators?

I think it's not talked about in the paper, but one can imagine strengthening the forms of oversight and nability to which these election administrators are subject. Would you be on board some kind of audit that that they are subject to tat then is made public? One version of that was in the the old version of the voting rights act,. where certain, you know, there was a department of justice that had oversight over the way elections were run in certain places.
