Change Sets Versions Detection

The way it works is, when you're ready to release, you basically you run this change set command a u do like change sets versions. And then that's going to pull up all repos in your mono ripo,. All the libraries, and your mono Ripo ants are going t say, which of these are patch releases? Which of these are major miner ani think it can detect changes and stuff like that. So  it creates a bunch of files on desk that ares basically like, ok, what is this change? They're marked down files. You go and open them, and you describe the change for each of your libraries in the marked down file.
