Using a Prototype Chain to Share Objects

In many cases, i findand with the porit, want to have a whole lot of layers anyway. So it does make sense to keep layers to a minimum,. rit, i guess i come from the code sharn school of thought and it's useful to use a prototype chains to to share code just like it is in classical orient programmes. But there's for sure another school of thought, which is like the lisp school ofthought, like, make functions that operate on braashes. I can't say i'm in that scool thought, but i know people w are.
