Is the Port Still Working?

The port is still functioning in any capacity at all, or is it totally shut down? Not really. A lot of them have been er trying to work out a way of re diverting all the produce that normally goes out through the port by the road and rail links from ukraine into romania, moldover and poland. They are doing their best with that, but they have their work cut out. It takes something like three weeks, apparently, to unload one train full of grain from one railway gauge and transfer it on to a train for another one am. One shipping agent i spoke to make the point that we don't have the infra structure. And even
