Most social security checks aren't mailed any more, but there are other types that are. They're geting held up in the mail stream in the middle of this pendemic. Small businesses who are sending out invoices and expecting to get payments back from clients is huge. Half of all ballots of the 20 20 presidential election, roughly half, are submitted through the mail. So everybody becomes reliant on the mailand it's not just ballot submissions that are important.
