What's the Self Referential Narrative of Conspiracy?
One of the a motivating forces of conspiracy belief is in group out group tension. People will identify with a group, be it flat arthers or anti vaxers and that's their team. And they are very responsive to attacks on the group. They are very driven to maintain the groups like internal integrity. So many m presentations at a flat earth conference are not about the supposed evidence,. Thereis no real evidence of flat earth. It's so u it's very wounded. These are people who are genuinely upset wat their not being taken seriously.
