Teachers were still trying to cover as much content as they needed during covid. With motel, it allows us to slow down and be really intentional about what we're putting in front of our students. Backward's planning comes in when teachers pick dates where you can do a socratic seminar or whole group discussion. And i think for me, i'm just thinking, if the ganet teacher isn't doing modern class room, but the spad teacher is, how do you work together?
