Is There a Formula for Everything?

It took me ten years to realize that there was any good that came out of my first marriage. It gave me a whole new perspective on life and what people are going through. In untamed, the phrase i repeat so much as, you're not crazy, or a god damn cheet is like a rally cry in direct opposition to the gas lighting of women all the time. I will never ignore myself again. Right when when i feel that there's something wrong therto my primary relationship,  i will no longer just assume that there’s something wrong with me. And i won't allow myself to be ghastlen any more. So that kind of fierce self fidelity
