The legislative council, their parliament, or legco, as it is also called, has a very complicated structure. The most important thing to remember when we talk about specially ledgeco, is that this is essentially a colonial system. It was designed to inform a all powerful colonial governor and give people some limited form of representation. And since the new reforms have come in, it has become even more complicated and even less possible for proto moxy candidates to win a majority.
