MTV didn't even release that version of the video, not cloudbusting running. MTV used like a lip syncing live performance from an appearance on a BBC TV show called Wogan. Kate Bush never toured in America and is really only done sporadic phone interviews with American journalists. So she really never prioritized transatlantic success on that scale. She just wasn't interested. And why would you be? We're terrible.
