How to Rate Jared Goff

Jared Goff came in at 16th in this ranking, which for certain Detroit Lions fans and my mentions is not a bottom 16 ranking in a 32 team league. He's now a player who got to a Super Bowl with the Rams, was unceremoniously dumped off that roster and used as a make weight in a trade. And now he's succeeding again in Detroit where depending on the numbers you look at, Jared Goff looks like he's playing absolutely out of his mind.
