What we're asking people to do is to bring their full attention to something they value appreciate or find amazing. So I'm bringing my awareness to these beautiful plants that you have behind you. You can imagine perhaps either in your mind's eye or just sensorially this filling you up where it almost gets bigger than you as a person.
