Richard Neutra is a contemporary of the Eames and a pretty, I think pretty famous architect here in LA. He has a street named after him in Silver Lake. Venice used to be the hub of artists in LA, but since the condos there cost like $5,000, everyone's moved to the East Side. Even today, there's a lot of artists in that area.
