The income of who work at home is considered inferior to the income of anybody else that works in any other place. The second problem is that cash is hugely discriminated against in modern financial woord, which goes against people that have cash. One very interesting thing we found in our group discussions was that women who stay at home or work at home don't all define themselves in the exact same way. They think of themselves in three ways: Proud housewife, proud indian and sad housewife.
