It seems like the SEC people aren't too happy over there. And so I guess the theory is that Gensler is gunning for this role of Treasury Secretary. This whole thing was just strange all around. It's strange they made the video. It's super strange that the protocol appears to have been broken. They should spend less time making YouTube videos and more time winning their case against Ripple.
