The more you do the work of your Sparky Type, the more likely you are to say that you have easy access to a blissed out flow state. Your anti-Sparky Type is the type of work that for you almost always feels like the heaviest lift and it just takes a lot more effort to do than anything else. And while we don't have definitive data on it yet, that is soon to run. I increasingly am believing anecdotally and through use cases that we're experiencing and consulting that there is a connection between having the work ofyour anti-SpARKy Type be central to the work that you're doing and the experience of burnout.
