Do the French Always Need a Gorme Meal?

Do the french always need to have a gourme meal, or are they satisfied with a staple? It's a bit of both, really. There are certain sort of rustic er meals, which are very common. I think the culture is that when you eat the food, you talk about it and critique it. And maybe i've become a little my, my standards have become a bit higher. Cant probably. Perhaps ye last one before we go on to part two. Gorme meals. But then s there're loads of places where you can get just good rustic food. Maybe french people appreciate the staple rustic french food a bit more than the gastronomic food
