The Justice Department's Criticism of Judge Cannon Is a House of Cards.
The government is arguing that allowing the special master and the foreign president to look at these documents would jeopardize national security. Is it unusual for a district judge to be criticized by the Department of Justice? I think that they wanted to go back to first premises, which is what I said a moment ago. This entire proceeding is giving Trump rights and rounds in this proceeding that he never should have had to begin with.
