Identifying and Testing Assumptions

There's a big challenge that the book uncovers in regard to identifying and testing assumptions. How would you identify and test assumptions rather than ideas? This is really the heart of shifting from a project mindset to a continuous mind set. Eric ris wrote about testing assumptions back in two thousand 11 in the lean start up. The key to understanding real solution work is to understand what of the assumptions it's based upon. And so if we take the timed surface those underlying sumptions, assumption tests are a lot faster than idea tests.
