The Relationship Between Identity and Performance
The first study looked at performance so that's actually recently been published in British journal and social psychology only a month ago. The research took place about three years ago now on tech for the day to go there's an academia I don't know if you know how these things were but it all takes quite a long time to get through the publication process. We did a longitudinal study over six months analyzing over 50 teams and several different countries across 14 different sports.
