Animals and the Animal World

Steve levitt has devoted her life to animals, but outside the traditional academic path. As a consequence she's been able to retain a childlike excitement in her writing. A lot of people who study animals might actually admit that the animals have taught them a great deal. When you get to know what's been called the more than human world, you realize that they are gifted with voices we can't hear and senses that we possess.
