The Importance of Designing Good Products
We tend to see ethical products as functionally inferior. It's a sort of heuristic which is it's kind of the environment. So it's probably not as good as cleaning my dishes. There were certain ethical products I can remember buying which frankly didn't do the job. We've always said, you know, can we design things that make people look and feel great to use them whilst also building a brand around them that someone will love? And if we can get all of that right, then that's when we can start to create something that people would want to shout about the rooftops from.
