confidence in a certain situation is something that you just keep building upon and learning how to do. It's almost like actually confidence isn't necessarily a personality trait. Some people aren't naturally more confident, but I don't know whether that comes from childhood or what. Have you found that sex is better? People are so beset as well as drugs.

In this episode, Hannah is joined by Millie Gooch, the founder of Sober Girl Society. Millie discusses why she went sober, and also forgiving yourself for past drunken mistakes.
