What's the Next Phase of the Brainstorming Process?
Zachary: What you want to do is map a whole journey from start to finish and then identify different areas where there are pain points. Pain points can be anything that could be slowing down the system, he says. Zachary: You find the pain points and then you're coming back as a group and really kind of brainstorm on how you could eliminate that pain point. But sometimes if you're tweaking one part of the system, then you just have to be aware of what dependencies or what parts of that system depend on the one that you're tweaking because it can have larger ranges of effects.
