The Earth's Round Shape

The earth has swollen at the equator due to it having spun for billions of years. The waters, however, move much more rapidly and would be thrown up a distance of 8 kilometers by centrifugal force or centripetal force. So therefore, we'd be left with a band of mountains around the equator with a minimum height of 1-1-1-2 kilometers.
