C++

Carbon has an ongoing goal to make the language evolveable as well as code written in it. We don't want carbon to stop changing as the state of the art improves and I think maybe in the longer term that might be something that sets carbon apart. But I think among all these successful languages, all the C++ adjacent languages we're seeing now, which is Val CPP2 and also things like Circle, they're all taking a lot of inspiration from each other. And I think we're going to see a lot of convergence of ideas over time.
