How to Give Sugambidex Early to Avoid Emergence
The last thing you want here is a sudden movement. You really can't wait until the pins are removed from the head and then give the dose necessary to get them fully reversed. There's no particular advantage to giving it early with a medication that acts as fast as Sugambidex. So I think when you're emerging, as in any case, you should be mindful of what are the factors that would prevent emergence.
