I can't comment on the actual terms of the mortgage, but it's always worth putting a letter into the bank. People are hesitating, not necessarily downsizing this work. But certainly people are kind of restructuring their mortgages. Staying put, really, everyone wants to stay where they are. Just purely switching over their current balances to the best rates they can get.
