How Do You Find Out What You're Looking For?

I would say like probably 70% of the time, I can find what I'm looking for without asking anyone. The remaining 15%, I have to go ask somebody else on a different team where that documentation might exist. We actually have a processified system for asking other teams things, which is called run. Every team has a runner, which is basically tasked for like a week to deal with inbound requests from other teams.
