Do You Feel More or Less Connected to Your Organization?
If you're the big boss and i, i have 66% more face time with the boss than they do in terms of those three days. That's not trivial. And if a leader doesn't think about how to make sure that this remains fair, that's where hybridity itself becomes as in a layer of complexity around things like equity and fairness. It can be harder to build psychological safety, which is also some work i've done with amy edbonson which has very direct links to being able to bring your honest, true self to work.
