Capitalism Depends Upon the Accumulation of Capital

Capitalism is contingent upon the accumulation of wealth and resources, says Marx. But that depends on people selling their surplus to earn enough money to hire an employee who could then work for them. And this has been attributed to what he calls "primitive accumulation," which can also be understood as original accumulation. He will come in the next part to undo some of the myths around it.
