The biggest unexpected thing was that, i remember being at the coure of that project because i was a machine learning guy. And it was thought to be a machine learning solution. The people in my team took at least a year to realize that the russian ship was there. I think it underlying something that hold dear as a principle, is that if you can solve a problem without much learning, you should do that. You know, you should only use much learning if you were trayineg to solve a problem that is meant to be solved by machine learning.
