The Importance of Asking Questions in Search

When I came to search I didn't have any experience with search, nor do I have engineering background. But I just knew the ask questions and I understood the kinds of discovery behaviors and motivation that our learners have on our platform. So I felt like the questions I was asking engineers helped them to kind of set like the milestone for the next thing. The advantage was that I had this team who had never worked on search either so they didn't assume they knew anything.
