The first thing I do when I go into a business is I go and see all of the key customers. Key customers, they're called key customers for a reason because you've been able to solve a problem for them. Then there's lapsed old past customers. There's some techniques around retargeting which I'll get into. And then there's JV's and affiliate partnerships. That's all around introducing new products and services into your business so you can provide more value than building those things out yourself.
