Whyle: My focus is always mechanics. It's not necessarily n ofther physiology, of muscle bilting. The interesting thing to me is application of progression. I'm thoroughly convinced most of the canned assessments were to make trainers not feel clueless day one. They really weren't to do anything. But it's been really fun taking somebody. And i i lived by my rules, the continuum training rules, the idea of progression. You only do what you can, not whe you can’t. That's an interesting thing too - how much is enough versus how much tolerated? So that's a theme for this body building thing in some way or another.
