Hemoglobin mass refers to essentially red blood cell volume. Red blood cells carry oxygen to working muscles. It's what powers all performance is are these red blood cells. If we can be a little bit closer to toward the top end of the genetic predisposition via training, it should make you feel better during athletics because you have more oxygen.
